Terms of Service

BioPass sells digital study material for biology exams: recorded video courses, video modules, PDF workbooks and bundled packs of the two. Everything in the catalogue is a finished, pre-recorded file. Nothing is produced to order and nothing is shipped.

Product pages list the format (video or PDF), the runtime or page count, and the price. That description is the full scope of what you receive. Anything not listed on the product page is not part of the purchase.

Adding an item to your cart is not an order. A contract is formed only when you complete checkout and we send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided.

• Each product is a single digital licence, so quantity is fixed at one per product.
• You are responsible for entering a correct, working email address.
• We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, or an attempt to resell or bulk-distribute the files.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

All prices are shown in Polish złoty (zł) and include any applicable tax. The price you see at checkout is the total amount payable — there are no delivery charges, handling fees or recurring charges of any kind.

We do not sell subscriptions. Every purchase is a one-off payment for the specific product you selected. We never store your payment card details.

Access is delivered electronically, normally within a few minutes of a successful order. You receive download links for PDF products and streaming or download access for video products at the email address used at checkout.

• Download and access links remain valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Save your files to your own device within that window; after it, links may expire.
• If a link expires before you managed to download, contact support@shopbiopass.com and we will reissue it once, free of charge.
• If you have not received your email within a few hours, check your spam folder before contacting support.

On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the purchased material for your own study. You do not acquire ownership of the material itself.

You may:

• Download the files and keep your own backup copies.
• View the material on devices that you personally own or control.
• Print PDF material for your own private use.

The following are breaches of this licence:

• Reselling, renting, sublicensing or otherwise commercialising the material.
• Sharing files, access links or account credentials with anyone else, including classmates, study groups or private messaging channels.
• Uploading the material to file-sharing sites, cloud folders open to others, torrents, Discord servers or any public or semi-public location.
• Re-recording, screen-capturing or re-uploading video content, in whole or in part.
• Using the material to build a competing product, or as teaching material in a paid course or tutoring business.
• Removing or obscuring any watermark, credit or copyright notice.

Where we find a serious or repeated breach we may revoke access without refund and pursue any remedy available to us.

All content — video, audio, text, diagrams, illustrations, question banks and the shopbiopass.com site itself — is owned by BioPass or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property right to you.

Purchases cover the recorded material only. No lessons, tutoring, coaching, marking, consultations, mentoring or personalised feedback are included, and none are offered as an add-on. Support handles access, delivery and file issues; it is not an academic help desk.

The material is study support. Exam outcomes depend on your own preparation, the syllabus set by your examining body and factors outside our control. We do not promise any grade, score, pass or place, and we make no claim that our material covers every question you may face.

Syllabuses change. We update material where we can, but you should always check the current specification published by your examining body.

We aim to keep shopbiopass.com available continuously, but we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the site may be unavailable without notice.

Products may be added, updated, repriced or withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal from sale does not affect licences already purchased.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in relation to any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of study time, missed exams, or any loss arising from your failure to download files within the validity window.

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, specific rules apply to withdrawal and refunds. They are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, our processes or the law. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Changes are not applied retroactively to completed purchases.
